FC-1 is committed to diversity, inclusion and opportunity and provides financial aid and scholarship support to families in need so all players have an opportunity.  The Club established the FC-1 Foundation, a non-profit 501(c)(3) public charity, to further this mission.   In short, the FC-1 Foundation aims to ensure that all children have the opportunity to achieve success on and off the soccer field through the youth soccer programs offered at the FC-1 Soccer Club and Glenview Soccer Club.   As part of its mission, the FC-1 Foundation focuses on three goals:

1. Providing financial aid and assistance to economically disadvantaged families and youth soccer players who could not otherwise afford the fees and tuition for travel and club soccer;
2. Creating grass-roots soccer clinics in local communities; and
3. Promoting diversity in the coaching ranks by providing financial support to diverse coaches for continuing coaching education and licensing.
